How to cook salmon?

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

3. Place salmon on the prepared baking tray, skin-side down.

4. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
