Illustration for the US soccer magazine Howler number 16. This is one of the two illustrations that I made for a very interesting article about the youth academies of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid; “La Masia” and “La Fábrica”. I had to show how different the styles of football and the soul of the clubs are.
“La Fábrica” Contains the essence of the training of young people in modern Real Madrid. A well oiled gear that produces a large number of players for many teams using the latest technology and the most modern processes. Its name, “La Fábrica” expresses well the intention of the club, to generate a continuous production of players with high standards in all skills so that they are always a good player for the first team or a good sale.
