A new type of laser optic is being tested in an unauthorized facility on Sector C9, on the surface of an unknown planet. Since this facility is not under the eyes of any global organization, tests do not follow any legal safety guidelines.
Many of the laser optic devices are overloading causing catastrophic accidents. Since it is an illegal operation, no deaths were reported, of course.
