Let the past die. Kill it if you have to. It’s the only way to become what you were meant to be. The ever present struggle between darkness and light threaten to consume the soul, and every action brings us closer to redemption…or… closer to our true selves.
This artwork depicts a duel between master and pupil, even though nearly 30 years have passed after the Dark Lord’s demise. As I was creating this artwork, the question of why they were dueling occurred to me. The crossed sabers symbolize the pupil’s internal battle between light and dark.. Good vs Evil.
